Important: These Terms govern use of our website and enquiries made through it. Programme-specific commercial terms, including the applicable fees, payment schedule, cancellation/refund terms and cohort details, should also be provided to and accepted by the parent or guardian before enrolment is confirmed.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Future Kraft Academy website and any enquiry, booking request or admissions form submitted through it. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.
Future Kraft Academy is currently owned and operated by Coboticca Automation Pvt Ltd and provides hands-on, mentor-led robotics, electronics, automation, coding and product-design programmes for children, currently serving families in South Mumbai from our studio in Lower Parel. References to “Future Kraft Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Future Kraft Academy as operated by Coboticca Automation Pvt Ltd.
This website and our enquiry and admissions forms are intended for parents or legal guardians acting for a child, and for authorised representatives of schools, communities or businesses making partnership enquiries. A person under 18 should not submit an enquiry, make a booking or enter into an enrolment arrangement without a parent or legal guardian.
Any programme fee, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, make-up class, credit or refund terms applicable to an enrolment will be communicated before or at the time the enrolment is confirmed. Those programme-specific terms form part of the agreement between you and Future Kraft Academy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
Hands-on engineering activities may involve tools, components, equipment and materials. We select activities and equipment having regard to the age and experience of students, provide safety briefings and supervision, and may restrict a student from an activity where we reasonably believe this is necessary for safety. Our safeguarding practices are described in our Safeguarding Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may take reasonable steps to protect students, mentors and staff where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, seriously disruptive or persistently inconsistent with reasonable instructions. Depending on the circumstances, this may include contacting a parent or guardian, requiring early collection, pausing participation or ending an enrolment. Any fee consequence will be handled in accordance with the applicable enrolment terms and consumer law.
We do not rely on acceptance of these Terms as consent to use an identifiable child’s photograph, video or voice for promotional purposes. Where we wish to use identifiable media for our website, social media or promotional materials, we seek separate consent from a parent or guardian. Consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us, although withdrawal may not require us to recall or remove materials already lawfully produced or distributed where doing so is not reasonably practicable.
The website and its content, including our branding, text, graphics, photographs, programme and curriculum descriptions, worksheets, project materials and designs, are owned by Future Kraft Academy or used with permission. Unless we expressly permit otherwise, they may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not be copied, republished, commercially exploited or represented as your own.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
The website or our communications may use or link to third-party services, such as hosting, forms, email, messaging, payment, maps or other technology providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
We may reschedule, relocate, combine or cancel a session or programme where reasonably necessary because of instructor availability, low enrolment, safety, maintenance, events outside our reasonable control or other operational reasons. Where this affects a paid booking, we will handle any rescheduling, credit or refund in accordance with the programme-specific terms and applicable law.
We take reasonable care in operating our website and programmes, but the website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Parents and guardians should review that policy before submitting personal information about themselves or a child.
We may update these Terms where our website, programmes, operational practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its “Last updated” date. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights already accrued under a confirmed enrolment unless permitted by law or expressly agreed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any forum or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
