Last updated: October 2026

Future Kraft Academy is currently owned and operated by Coboticca Automation Pvt Ltd (“Future Kraft Academy”, “Coboticca”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and provides hands-on robotics and engineering programmes for children in South Mumbai. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, how we use and protect it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to parents, guardians and other individuals who interact with us.

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors to our website, parents and guardians who enquire about or enrol a child, students whose information is provided to us by a parent or guardian, and representatives of schools, communities, businesses and other partners.

Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

How we obtain personal data

Most personal data is provided directly by an adult through our website, admissions process or communications with us. A parent or guardian may also provide information about a child and other authorised adults, such as emergency contacts or persons authorised for pick-up. We may receive limited technical data automatically from our website, hosting and security providers.

Why we use personal data

We process personal data only for lawful purposes connected with our programmes and operations, including:

Consent and children’s personal data

Our programmes are designed for children, but our website enquiry and booking process is intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal data directly through the website. Where processing of a child’s personal data requires the consent of a parent or lawful guardian under applicable law, we will obtain and, where required, verify that consent before carrying out the relevant processing.

We do not use children’s personal data for behavioural profiling or targeted advertising, and we do not intentionally undertake tracking or behavioural monitoring of children for advertising purposes. We do not process children’s personal data in a manner that we know is likely to cause a detrimental effect on their wellbeing.

Photographs, video and promotional media

Where an identifiable child may appear in promotional photography, video or similar media, we seek separate permission from the parent or guardian rather than treating general acceptance of this Privacy Policy or our Terms as promotional-media consent. A parent or guardian may withdraw that consent for future use by contacting us, subject to reasonable practical and legal limitations for material already published or produced.

Communications

We may use contact details you provide to respond to enquiries and to send service-related communications about admissions, classes, schedules, fees, safety, events or an existing relationship with us. If we send optional promotional communications, we will provide an appropriate way to opt out where required by law. Opting out of promotional messages will not prevent necessary administrative or safety communications relating to an active enquiry or enrolment.

How we share personal data

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own unrelated marketing. We may share data only where reasonably necessary with:

Where we use service providers to process personal data for us, we seek to provide them only the data needed for their role and expect them to protect it appropriately.

International or remote service providers

Some technology or communications providers may process or store data using systems located outside India. Where personal data is transferred or made accessible outside India, we will do so subject to applicable Indian data-protection law and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. These may include access controls, account security, limiting access on a need-to-know basis, secure service providers, backups and appropriate staff practices. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Personal-data breaches

If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will take reasonable steps to contain and assess it and will make notifications to affected individuals or authorities where required by applicable law.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, for an active enquiry or enrolment, for safety and safeguarding, to maintain appropriate academic or administrative records, to resolve disputes, or to meet legal, tax, accounting or other record-keeping obligations. When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiry records should not be kept indefinitely merely because they may be useful in the future. We periodically review such records and delete or anonymise them when continued retention is no longer reasonably necessary.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to:

We may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making a request, particularly where the request relates to a child.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for functionality, security or forms. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law. We do not intentionally use advertising technologies to profile children.

Safeguarding and legal disclosures

Protecting children may require us to use or disclose personal data in connection with a safeguarding concern, incident or legal reporting obligation. Our operational approach to child safety is set out in our Safeguarding Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our programmes, systems or legal obligations change. We will post the current version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will provide additional notice or seek fresh consent where required.
